With the development of new era,the proposal of the"four possessions"good teacher standard has made clear the direction for young college teachers to strive for in the future.Based on the experience of studying,living and working in ordinary times,this paper expounds the understanding of"four possessions"good teachers,and makes a simple discussion on how young teachers in colleges and universities can become"four possessions"good teachers,so as to be diligent and encourage them in their future career and contribute their own value to the cultivation of outstanding talents.
