摘要
面向“中国制造2025”构建专业学位研究生培养模式是实现机械类创新性人才培养的有效手段。文章分析了当前机械类专业学位研究生培养存在的主要问题,提出了基于前沿科技的多元化混合式研究生课程教学研究、基于工程应用和创新能力提升的研究生实践教学研究和基于素质全面的综合能力培养研究生考核评价体系研究的专业学位研究生培养模式,它对全面提高机械类专业学位研究生的教育教学质量和创新实践能力有重要意义。
Facing the"China made 2025",constructing professional degree postgraduate training mode is an effective way to train innovative talents of machinery.This paper analyses the main problems existing in the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in mechanical engineering,and puts forward the cultivation mode of postgraduates majoring in mechanical engineering,which is based on the diversified and mixed teaching research of postgraduates based on frontier science and technology,the practical teaching research of postgraduates based on the improvement of engineering application and innovation ability,and the comprehensive ability cultivation of postgraduates based on the comprehensive quality evaluation system.It is of great significance to improve the quality of education and teaching and innovative practical ability of postgraduate students majoring in machinery.
