新时期高职双语教学人才培养策略探究

On the Cultivation Strategy of Bilingual Teaching Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period

摘要 在社会信息化和经济全球化的时代背景下,我国高职院校的双语教学逐步获得重视,并在各个层面进行着改革与创新,为我国高等教育的发展提供了重要的动力支撑。但是,由于理论研究和实践应用等方面均不够完善,高职双语教学中在对学生的综合职业能力培养上表现得不够理想,阻碍了学生的全面发展。文章从双语教学的发展背景出发,结合人才培养模式的现状与不足,对提高双语教学质量、培养高质量的技术性人才提出了几点建议。 In the context of social informatization and economic globalization,bilingual teaching in higher vocational colleges in China has gradually gained attention,and is undergoing reform and innovation at all levels,providing an important driving force for the development of higher education in China.However,due to the imperfection of theoretical research and practical application,bilingual teaching in vocational colleges is not ideal in the cultivation of students'comprehensive vocational ability,which hinders students'all-round development.Starting from the development background of bilingual teaching and combining the current situation and deficiency of talent training mode,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the quality of bilingual teaching and cultivate high-quality technical talents.
