摘要
高校校报需要摆脱长久以来的行政化倾向,树立全新的数字媒体观,从运行机制、硬件条件、人力资源等方面建立适应新媒体时代要求的全新的采编模式与流程。
In order to deprive Chinese University newspapers of the tendency of administration,it is necessary to form a brand new editing model and procedure based on the conception of digital media from the perspectives of operating mechanism,hardware conditions,and human recourses.
