《基于职业需求的师范院校钢琴教学改革创新研究》一书是由唐山师范学院李圆圆针对高等师范院校而编著的一本教育类书籍,由吉林大学出版社出版发行,此书重点体现出了系统性的钢琴课程的建设是我国音乐教育类专业必须要特别重视的长期的建设任务。基础的钢琴课是音乐专业的学生都应该要学习的课程,但是现在还有一些高等师范院校的音乐专业钢琴教学仍旧沿用的传统内容和陈旧的教学模式。此书根据现在严峻的就业形势和师范院校钢琴教学之间存在的矛盾,提出了合理有效的钢琴教学的建议,使用了比较现代化的教育方式,也进一步完善了钢琴课程教学的资源,促进了钢琴课程的科学性、高效性、系统性,对钢琴教学具有积极的借鉴意义,有利于提高学生学习钢琴的能力,为学生今后的就业奠定了良好的基础。

The professional based on the needs of normal universities piano teaching reform and innovation research,the author is by Tangshan teachers college LI Yuanyuan and compiled a book education in higher normal colleges books,issued by Jilin University publishing house,this book mainly reflects the systemic piano course construction is our country music education speciality must pay special attention to the construction of the long-term task.The basic piano course is the course that the students of music major should learn,but now there are still some teachers'colleges music major piano teaching is still using the traditional content and the old teaching mode.Book according to the current severe employment situation and the contradiction between the piano teaching in teachers colleges,puts forward the reasonable and effective piano teaching advice,using the modern education,and further perfect the piano teaching resources,to promote science and efficiency of the piano course,systematic,and has positive significance on piano teaching,to improve students'ability of learning the piano,and students to lay a good foundation for employment in the future.
