高校电子信息科学与技术专业创新人才培养体系的研究与实践

The Research and Practice of Innovative Talent Training System on Electronic Information Science and Technology

针对电子信息科学与技术专业人才培养模式与社会需求之间的矛盾,文章提出了新的电子信息科学与技术专业实践能力、创新能力培养体系。利用具体实例阐述了电技专业实践基地的构建、管理及教学模式,探讨了高校与行业企业联合培养人才的机制及高校人事改革议题,对其他院校提升学生的工程实践能力、创新能力具有借鉴意义。

This paper proposed a new system of cultivating practice and innovative ability for the contradiction between the personnel training pattern of Electronic Information Science and Technology needs.Using a living example,it elaborated the construction and managing of college training base and the teaching mode.Also,it discussed the cooperation mode between school and enterprises and reform of personnel system.The paper provides reference for training base building of other institutions and promoting the practice and innovative ability.
