摘要
案例化教学在工程学科教育中起着重要的作用。文章针对《线性动态系统理论与设计》课程案例化教学需求,设计了基于Matlab/Simulink仿真环境和Arduino单片机硬件系统的半实物(hardware in loop,HIL)仿真系统,以弥补纯数字仿真案例与工程实践联系不够紧密的问题,进一步将基本理论与工程实际相联系。选取工业系统广泛存在的多容水箱液位控制系统作为研究对象,构建贯通系统建模、运动分析、能控性分析、能观性分析、稳定性分析、控制器设计、实物装置验证全过程的教学案例,将课程主要内容融会贯通,为学生运用基本理论方法解决实际问题提供了可操作的平台,进一步解决了该课程概念抽象、理论性强导致的学习效果不佳问题。
Case-based teaching plays an important role in engineering education.In this paper,a hardware-in-the-loop(hardware in loop,HIL)simulation system based on Matlab/Simulink simulation environment and Arduino single-chip microcomputer hardware system is designed to meet the case teaching requirements of the course"Linear Dynamic System Theory and Design".In order to make up for the problem that pure digital simulation cases are not closely related to engineering practice,the basic theory is further connected with engineering practice.The multi-capacity liquid level control system widely existed in industrial system is selected as the research,and the model of the through-through system is built,and the movement is divided into two parts.Analysis,controllability analysis,stability analysis,controller design,physical device verification of the whole process of teaching cases,the main contents of the course integration through,for students to use the basic theory and methods to solve practical problems to provide an operational platform,further improve the abstract concept of the course,theoretical strong problems caused by poor learning results.
