论大学生能力与荣誉的辩证关系

摘要 大学生的各种荣誉已经成为大学第二课堂成绩评定的主要依据,作为能体现当代大学生综合能力的第二课堂成绩,在学生评奖评优中的重要性也日益突出,为了避免学生出现成果导向,只追求荣誉,而忽略个人能力的培养,文章首先强调了正确贯彻和落实第二课堂成绩单体制的重要性,进一步讨论了避免学生“混荣誉”的有效方法,旨在引导学生正确认识荣誉和能力的辩证关系,合理对待大学荣誉,树立以能力培养为核心的个人发展意识,进而推动提升大学生人才培养质量的工作。 Different kinds of awards of college students have become the main basis for the second classroom achievements,which reflect the comprehensive ability of college students.The importance of the second classroom achievements have become increasingly prominent in the selection of student awards.In order to avoid the outcomes-based phenomenon,which means students only pursue glory and ignore the cultivation of personal abilities.This paper firstly emphasizes the significance of thoroughly implemented the second classroom system.Besides,discuss the effective methods to avoid students'outcomes-based phenomenon.The aim of this paper is to guide students how to understand the relationships between the honor and the ability of individuals correctly and treat the honors fairly.College students should establish the awareness of self-development which core based on the cultivation of abilities.Therefore,promoting the work of hoisting the personal quality of the university students.
