小组教学在初中英语教学中的策略及效果探讨

摘要 随着教育理念的不断进步以及新一轮课改的推进,小组教学作为新型的教学模式已经被一些学校在不同程度上进行了试用。文章旨在介绍小组教学的理论基础、组织形式、实施策略,并以在英语教学中采用小组教学模式的沧州市黄骅某中学为例,结合作者的实际课堂教学经验,通过教师访谈、学生调查结果,从而分析小组教学在县级初中英语教学中实施效果及存在的问题,试图寻求相应的解决措施和策略,希望提高小组教学在初中英语课堂的使用率和有效性。 With the continuous progress of educational concepts and the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the model of participatory group teaching has been tried out in some schools to some extent.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the theory of participatory group teaching,organizational form and implementing strategies.Take No.4 Junior Middle School in Huanghua as an example,through the author's practical classroomteaching experience,the interviews with teachers,the survey on students,this paper analyses the effect and problems of participatory group teaching in English teaching of junior middle schools that are at county level,in an effort to find the corresponding solutions and strategies to improve the use rate and effectiveness of participatory group teaching in English class in junior middle school.
