随着信息化时代的到来,网络的飞速发展,手机成为使用网络最便捷的工具,而高职生是手机用户当中的一大群体,手机可以给高职生带来诸多便利,如网购、聊天、学习、工作、观看各种娱乐节目等,但是也随之带来了一些负面影响。文章从高职生手机依赖危害、原因出发,探讨能够改善高职生手机依赖的方法。

In the modern information age,with the rapid development of the network,the mobile phone is the most convenient tool to use the network,and the higher vocational college students are a large group of the users who use the mobile phone such as online shopping,chat,study and work,all kinds of entertainment programs,but also bring the problem of cell phone dependence on its various negative effects.Based on the harm and reason of the students'cell phone dependence,this paper discusses the methods to improve the students'cell phone dependence.
