摘要
“职前—职后全程工学交替式”人才培养模式是在终身教育思想指导下创新形成的适合现代学徒制工学“双交替”的育人模式,主要是依托职教集团及校企共赢的长效合作机制,创新“先招工后招生”学徒制办学模式,实施“学校课程+企业课程”双线交互项目化课程体系,建设“双导师”育人平台,形成校企“双主体”考核评价机制。该模式依托职教集团及校企共赢的长效合作机制,适时修正人才培养目标,实时更新人才培养内容,职前、职后人才培养评价并重,可为学校学生和企业员工构建系统、广阔、完备的终身学习体系。
“Pre-employment-post-employment work-study alternate education”personnel training mode is a work-study alternate education mode,which is suitable for modern apprenticeship system under the guidance of lifelong education thought.It mainly depends on the long-term cooperation mechanism of vocational education groups and the win-win development of schools and enterprises,and innovates apprenticeship school-running pattern of“recruiting workers before enrolling students”.It implements“school course+enterprise course”interactive project-based course system,constructs a“double-tutor”education platform,and forms“double-subject(school and enterprise)”examination and evaluation mechanism.The mode replies on the long-term cooperation mechanism of vocation education groups and the win-win development of schools and enterprises,revises the personnel training objective,updates the content of personnel training,and pays equal attention to pre-employment and post-employment personnel cultivation and evaluation.It can help students and enterprise staff to construct a systematic,broad and complete lifelong learning system.
