“以学生为中心”的PDCA循环管理模式在骨科临床实践教学管理中的应用与思考 被引量:28

摘要 PDCA包括计划、实施、检查和处理四个阶段,是目前管理界公认的质量管理办法之一。PDCA循环管理模式在临床实践教学管理中运用广泛,但是现有的研究大多是“以教师为中心”来开展的。现代教育理念一致认为:“以学生为中心”是赢得高等教育质量的法宝。文章阐述了骨科临床实践教学的管理现状、“以学生为中心”的教育理念特点、“以学生为中心”的PDCA循环管理模式在骨科临床实践教学管理中的应用以及存在的问题,旨在将“以学生为中心”的教育理念植根到PDCA循环管理模式里,并运用到骨科临床实践教学中,为今后提高骨科临床实践教学质量提供参考。 PDCA,containing four stages including planning,implementation,inspection and processing,is one of the quality management methods recognized by the management circles at present.PDCA circulation management mode is widely used in clinical practice teaching manage-ment,while most of researches are based on the"teacher-centered".Modern educational philo-sophy agrees that"student-centered"concept is the magic weapon to acquire higher education wi-th excellent quality.This article expounds the present situation of orthopedic clinical practice tea-ching management,the concept of"student centered"education characteristics,the application and problems of the"student-centered"PDCA circulation management mode in orthopedic clinical practice,aiming to implement the"student-centered"education philosophy into the PDCA circul-ation management and improve the teaching quality of orthopedic clinical practice.
