摘要
为提高经食管超声心动图(TEE)的培训效果,采用仿真模拟教学方法对学员进行培训,克服了传统教学需要学员大量想象心脏三维空间构型的能力,使得学员的学习曲线呈现陡升的趋势,在改善TEE培训与教学水平的同时,大大降低了医疗风险,在TEE培训中具有非常重要的价值。
In order to improve the effect of transesophageal echocardiography(TEE)train-ing,the simulation teaching method is used to train the trainees,which overcomes the defect that traditional teaching requires students to have imagination of the three-dimensional spatial confi-guration of the heart,so that the learning curve of the students shows a steep upward trend.In the process of improving TEE training and teaching,it greatly reduces medical risks and has very important value in TEE training.
