Effect of bedside education on professional ethics of ultrasonic doctors in standardized training

职业道德在超声医师规范化培训中具有重要的意义。文章结合科室规培的经验,从规培生职业道德的现况、床旁教育对规培生职业道德的作用及其对规培生职业道德培养的效果三个方面,总结超声医师规范化培训中职业道德的培养,期望为完善超声专业的住院医师培训制度提供一定的参考。

Professional ethics plays an important role in the standardized training of ultra-sound doctors.Based on the experience of regular training in department,this paper summarizes the cultivation of professional ethics in standardized training of ultrasound doctors from three as-pects including the current situation of standardized training of professional ethics of ultrasound students,the role of bedside education in standardized training of professional ethics of ultra-sound students,and the effect of bedside education on standardized training of professional ethics of ultrasound students,hoping to provide reference for improving the resident training system of ultrasound specialty.
