医学检验高职生血细胞形态学检验综合学习模式的构建

Construction of blood cell morphology examination integrated learning mode for vocational college students majoring in medical laboratory technology

血细胞形态学检验技能是医学检验技术专业高职生的重要岗位技能,传统的相关专业课程教学在该技能的学习过程中扮演着不可或缺的角色,但缺陷和不足明显。结合宁波卫生职业技术学院近几年专业人才培养方案的调整、基于信息化技术的教学改革创新、相关科研成果的教学应用以及慕课建设,梳理和总结该校血细胞形态学检验的综合学习模式,以期更好地指导今后的教学,促进医学检验技术人才的优质培养。

Blood cell morphology examination skills are of great importance for vocational college students majoring in medical laboratory technology.Traditional morphology-related cour-ses play an indispensable role in the process of learning the skills,but their defects and shortcom-ings are relatively obvious.In recent years,we carried out the adjustment of professional talent training programs as well as the teaching reform and innovation based on information technology and teaching application of relevant scientific research achievements and construction of MOOC.Based on these work,we summarize blood cell morphology examination learning mode in our sch-ool,so as to better guide the future course teaching and promote the quality of medical laboratory technicians.
