党的十九大报告指出,要着力打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局。这是十八届三中全会以来对社会治理领域的探索进行的经验总结,也是对未来社会治理的崭新谋划。“共建共治共享”社会治理格局走进了公众的视野。它既是对我国社会建设规律的重要理论创新,也是对我国社会主要矛盾变化的积极回应,更是上层建筑对经济基础的积极适应和适时调整。共建共治共享的社会治理格局有重要的时代价值,应从政府、企业、社会组织和公众等多元共治的角度来把握“共建共治共享”格局的架构,并结合我国国情,探索社会治理的实践路径。

At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it pointed out that establishing a social governance model is based on collaboration,participation,and common interests.This is a summary of the experience in the field of social governance since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.It is also a new plan for future social governance.Now the“three nation”social governance pattern has entered the public’s vision.It is not only an important theoretical innovation for the law of social construction in China,but also a positive response to the major contradictions in China's society.It is also the active adaptation and timely adjustment of the superstructure to the economic base.In the new era,how can social organizations play a synergistic role in social governance?How does the public spirit better transform public civilization from cognition to conscious action?How do the various entities create interest sharing mechanisms to share social outcomes?The“three nation”social governance pattern gave us the answer.The article analyzes the era value of the social governance model based on collaboration,participation,and common interests,and grasps the structure of the triad structure from the perspective of multi governance,such as government,enterprises,social organizations and the public,and explores the practical path of social governance based on China’s national conditions.
