超疏水/超亲油聚氨酯海绵的制备及其油水分离性能 被引量:8

摘要 为制备具有良好油水分离性能的吸油材料,以聚氨酯海绵为多孔吸附材料,采用纳米二氧化硅和MQ硅树脂的分散液对其浸涂,制得超疏水/超亲油聚氨酯海绵,并测定其对油水混合物的分离效率以及对水面浮油和水下沉油的吸收性能。研究发现:浸涂1次二氧化硅和MQ硅树脂分散液后,聚氨酯海绵对水和油的接触角分别可达155.3°和0°,具有良好的超疏水和超亲油性能。该海绵对油和水的分离效率分别达到93.3%和95.7%,显示出良好的油水分离性能。此外,该海绵对水面浮油和水下沉油均具有良好的吸收性。 To prepare oil-absorbing material with good oil-water separation performance,superhydrophobic/superoleophilic polyurethane sponge was prepared by dipping polyurethane sponge with the dispersion of nano silica and MQ silicone resin.Its separation efficiency of oil-water mixture and absorption performance of surface oil and submerged oil were measured.The experimental results show that the polyurethane sponge has superhydrophobicity and superoleophilicity after dipping silica and MQ silicone resin dispersion for one time,and its contact angles to water and oil reaches 155.3°and 0°,respectively.The separation efficiency of the sponge for oil and water reaches 93.3%and 95.7%respectively,showing good oil-water separation performance.In addition,the sponge shows good absorption property to both surface oil and submerged oil.
