Discussion on the Connotation and Path of High-quality Development of Geological Exploration Economy——A Case Study of Bureau of Geological and Mineral Exploration and Development of Guizhou Province

地勘经济高质量发展的内涵是可持续发展能力进一步增强,产业结构进一步优化,经济效益进一步提高,职工获得感进一步显现,发展中的风险进一步可控。但当前还面临着转型发展步伐比较缓慢、科技创新动能不足、人才结构不尽合理、发展后劲乏力、服务领域拓展不广不深等困难和瓶颈。新时代地勘经济应以地球系统科学为指导,转变思想观念、拓展服务领域,充分发挥技术创新、人才高地的双引擎作用,对内深化改革、加强管理,对外开放合作、互联互通,实现地勘经济高质量发展。

The connotation of high-quality development of geological exploration economy is to further improve the sustainable development capability,optimize the industrial structure,enhance the economic efficiency,so that the sense of acquisition is further manifested,and the risks in development are under control.But at present,there still facing difficulties and bottlenecks as follows:slow pace of transformation and development,lack of momentum of scientific and technological innovation,unreasonable talent structure,weak sustaining development capability,and inadequate expanding and deepening of service field.In new era,the geological exploration economy should be guided by the earth system science,changing thoughts and ideas,expanding service field,giving full play to the double engine role of technological innovation and talent highland.In order to implement high-quality development of geological exploration economy,the paper suggests to deepen reform and strengthen management in domestic,and internationally open up,cooperate and interconnect with each other.
