新时代经济高质量发展对地勘单位提出了许多新的要求。文章在分析高质量发展内涵和地勘单位面临内外环境变化等发展现状基础上,总结了地勘单位改革发展中存在的诸如产业结构雷同、事企混合问题、人员余缺矛盾、科技创新能力偏弱、职能定位不清晰等与高质量发展要求不相适应的主要问题,并对新时代地勘单位高质量发展目标进行了探讨。对推进地勘单位高质量发展的建议:稳妥推进改革,消除制约发展的体制机制障碍;加强内部管理,强化人才队伍建设;注重科技创新,提升核心竞争力;积极对接地方需求,提高服务质量;拓宽服务领域,实现多元化协调发展;重视文化建设,增进民生福祉。

The high-quality development of the economy in the new era places many new requirements on geo-prospecting units.Based on the analysis of the connotation of high-quality development and the current situation of internal and external environmental changes of the geo-prospecting units,this article summarizes the main problems which are incompatible with the requirements of high-quality development during the existing reform and development of the geo-prospecting units,such as the similarity of industrial structure,the problem of mixed institutions and enterprises,the contradiction of personnel shortage,and comparatively poor ability in scientific and technological innovation and the unclear positioning of functions,besides,it discusses the high-quality development goals of geo-prospecting units in the new era.Finally,this article puts forward suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of geo-prospecting units:promote reforms steadily and remove obstacles to the system and mechanism that restrict the development;strengthen internal management and strengthen the construction of talent teams;focus on technological innovation and enhance core competitiveness;actively meet local needs and improve service quality;broaden service areas and achieve diversified and coordinated development;attach importance to cultural construction and improve people's wellbeing.
