40%精异丙甲草胺·烟嘧磺隆·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂防除春玉米田杂草效果 被引量:6

摘要 为了明确40%精异丙甲草胺·烟嘧磺隆·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂对春玉米田一年生杂草的防效及玉米的安全性,采用随机区组试验设计方法进行田间药效试验。结果表明:40%精异丙甲草胺·烟嘧磺隆·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂600,900,1200,1800 mL/hm^2 4个不同剂量处理对杂草的防除效果随剂量的增加而提高,且施药后30 d各处理对杂草的防除效果比施药后15 d的防除效果均有所提高。施药后30 d,该药剂对稗草、藜、反枝苋、龙葵的鲜重防效分别为93.1%~100.0%,93.6%~100.0%,95.4%~100.0%,97.0%~100.0%,对杂草的总鲜重防效为94.9%~100.0%,且3个对照药剂处理的总防效均低于该三元混配试验药剂。40%精异丙甲草胺·烟嘧磺隆·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂在900~1200 mL/hm^2下,对玉米安全,无药害发生,除草效果良好,并具有一定的增产作用,可以作为春玉米田的主要除草剂进行使用。 This study carried out a random group test design in the field pharmacodynamic experiments,aiming to confirm the control effects of precision metolachlor·nicosulfuron·atrazine 40%OD against annual weeds and its safety in spring cornfield.The results showed that the control effects of precision metolachlor·nicosulfuron·atrazine 40%OD suspension(effective component)at 600,900,1200,and 1800 mL/hm^2 doses on weeds increased proportionally with the dose,and the control effect of each treatment on weeds at 30 d post-application was greater than that at 15 d post-application.At 30 d post-treatment,the fresh weight control effects of Echinochloa crusgalli,Chenopodium album,Amaranthus retroflesus,and Solanum nigrum were 93.1%-100.0%,93.6%-100.0%,95.4%-100.0%,and 97.0%-100.0%,respectively.The total fresh weight control effect was 94.9%-100.0%.The total control effect of the three control medicaments was less than the three mixed medicaments.Precision metolachlor·nicosulfuron·atrazine 40%OD can be used at 900-1200 mL/hm^2 doses in spring cornfield.It is safe on spring corn and controls weeds effectively with increasing production.Therefore it can be used as the major herbicide in spring cornfield.
