摘要 船体建造是船舶制造系统的主要组成部分,通过制定合理的工艺及质量标准,可以起到缩短船舶建造周期,提高制造质量,降低造船成本的作用。文章针对300TEU多用途集装箱船这一产品,以船体建造过程中的几个重要组成部分:船体建造方案选择及船体分段划分、典型总段的建造工艺、船台装焊工艺和分段生产设计等为重点,对每个过程遇到的问题进行分析、论证。 Shipbuilding is a complex system project,it can shorten building period, improve building quality and reduce the cost by making reasonable procedure and quality standard. This article studies several important aspects during ship construction through the building of 300 TEU multi purposes containership: hull construction plan, hull sections division, typical sections building technology, shipberth assemble and welding technology and sections production design, which base on substantiality design, and analyze the problems encountered in each process.
