Development and Prospect of Coild Tubing Technology in China

摘要 2007年以前,由于受管材、装备及工具工艺等因素影响,我国连续管技术发展较为缓慢。2007年,中国石油天然气集团有限公司开展了连续管重大新技术推广专项,于2009年由宝鸡石油钢管有限责任公司建成了国内首条连续管生产线,实现了从模仿到自主创新。之后通过引进、研发、持续完善连续管作业装备和井下工具,形成了满足油气田需求的连续管系列设备,实现了降本增效。连续管作业从单一的工艺发展到多种作业类型,复杂作业增多,规模应用的工艺种类增多,研发出了连续管压裂、水平井钻磨等工艺。施工作业从引进服务过渡到引进工具,实现了自主配套工具并提供专业化服务。连续管作业技术在为油气田提供新的技术手段的同时,创造了良好的经济效益。最后,对连续管作业技术进行了展望。 Before 2007,due to the influence of pipe material,equipment and tool technology,the development of coiled tubing technology in China was relatively slow.After 2007,China national petroleum corporation carried out a major new technology promotion project for coiled tubing.In 2009,CNPC baoji petroleum steel pipe corporation built the first coiled tubing production line in China,and moved from imitation to independent innovation.After that,through the introduction,development and continuous improvement of coiled tubing operating equipment and downhole tools,a series of coiled tubing equipment has been formed to meet the needs of oil and gas fields,achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase.Coiled tubing operations have developed from a single process to multiple types,with more complex operations and more extensive applications,such as coiled tubing fracturing and horizontal well drilling and grinding.From the introduction of services to the introduction of tools,construction operations achieve independent supporting tools and provide professional services.It provides new technical means for oil and gas fields and at the same time creates good economic benefits.Finally,the prospect of coiled tubing operation technology is presented.
