摘要
为了研究起焊位置对连续油管全位置自动焊焊缝成形的影响,以国产CT80级Ф31.8 mm×3.18 mm连续油管为研究对象,采用全位置自动TIG焊分别以10点、6点、2点为起焊位置进行试验,分析起焊位置与内、外焊缝成形及组织之间的关系。结果表明,以10点为起焊位置(平焊位置起焊)的成形效果较好,且焊缝内、外成形也容易控制。并根据试验结果优化了全位置焊的区域划分及焊接参数,为连续油管现场全位置管-管对接提出合理化建议,为以后连续油管焊接技术的研究开发和应用提供参考。
In order to study the effect of start position on the welding formation of coiled tubing,the domestic CT80 Ф31.8 mm×3.18 mm coiled tubing was taken as the research object.All-position automatic TIG welding was used to test the start welding position at 10,6 and 2 o'clock respectively,and the relationship between start position and the formation and structure of internal and external welds was analyzed.The results show that the forming works better when the start position is at 10 o'clock,and the inside and outside forming of the weld is easy to control.The zoning and welding parameters of all-position welding are optimized,and the suggestions are put forward for all-position pipe butting on the coiled tubing,which can provide reference for future research,development and application of coiled tubing welding technology.
