摘要 针对目前梯子梁生产采用的手工焊接质量不稳定、易产生缺陷的现状,设计了一种基于PLC控制的梯子梁自动焊接生产线,以实现多种批次梯子梁的全自动生产。本研究提出了生产线设计中存在的主要问题及解决思路,并对关键位置的设计进行了阐述。通过对短节自动上料装置、钢筋传送速度匹配装置及梯子梁自动剪切装置的设计,实现了全自动下料、焊接和成品出料功能,保证了生产线的全自动生产。生产实践表明,所设计的生产线能够实现步进焊接和自动连续生产,生产的梯子梁外观平整,焊接点的稳定性及抗剪性能满足技术要求,生产效率高。 In view of the present situation that the production of the ladder beam mainly adopts the manual welding,which makes the quality unstable and easy to produce defects,an automatic welding production line of the ladder beam based on PLC programming control is designed to realize the automatic production of many batches of ladder beam.This paper presents the main problems and solutions in the design of the production line,and expounds the design of the key position.Through the design of the short joint automatic feeding device,steel bar transfer speed matching device and ladder beam automatic shearing device,the functions of the automatic feeding,welding and the finished product discharging are realized,and the production line is fully automatic.The production line can realize the step welding and automatic continuous production.The appearance of ladder beam is smooth and consistent,the stability of welding points and shear resistance meet the technical requirements,which makes the production efficiency high.
