摘要
以竹纤维(BF)为协同阻燃剂,将聚磷酸铵(APP)引入热塑性聚氨酯(PUR-T)中,制备了膨胀型阻燃复合材料。为了提高PUR-T的分散性,将硅烷偶联剂KH550接枝到BF上。对PUR-T基膨胀型阻燃复合材料进行了燃烧性能、力学性能测试,结果表明:与纯PUR-T相比,PUR-T/APP/BF KH550样品在UL94测试中达到了V 0等级;通过添加8%的APP和2%的BF-KH550,复合材料样品的极限氧指数达到了30.3%;同时,最大热释放速率值下降了86.6%;90%PUR-T/8%APP/2%BF KH550试样的拉伸强度为23.9 MPa,高于90%PUR-T/8%APP/2%BF样品。
The expanded flame retardant composite was prepared by using bamboo fiber(BF)as the synergistic flame retardant,and ammonium polyphosphate(APP)was introduced into thermoplastic polyurethane(PUR-T).In order to improve the dispersion of PUR-T,silane coupling agent KH550 was grafted onto BF.The combustion performance and mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the PUR-T/APP/BF–KH550 sample reach the grade of V–0 in UL94 test compared with pure PUR-T.By adding 8%APP and 2%BF–KH550,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of the sample reach 30.3%.Meanwhile,the PHRR score drop by 86.6%.In addition,the tensile strength of the 90%PUR-T/8%APP/2%BF–KH550 sample is 23.9 MPa,significantly higher than that of the 90%PUR-T/8%APP/2%BF sample.
