种植体初期稳定性对骨结合的影响

The effect of dental implant primary stability on osseointegration

目的评价种植体初期稳定性与良好骨结合的关系。方法20例下颌第二磨牙缺失需要进行种植修复的患者,分为Dentium组及Bicon组各10例,分别植入Dentium或Bicon种植体,共20个种植体。使用共振频率分析仪分别测量种植体的初期稳定性种植体稳定系数(ISQ)值和植入后3个月的ISQ值。结果Dentium组初期ISQ值高于Bicon组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而植入3个月后两组ISQ值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。植入后3个月,Bicon组ISQ值高于初期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Dentium组与初期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论种植体初期稳定性与骨结合后的稳定性无明显关系。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between dental implants primary stability and healthy osseointegration.Methods Twenty cases with mandibular secondary molar defect that needed to be planted and repaired were divided into Dentium or Bicon group,10 in each group.They were planted with 10 Dentium and 10 Bicon dental implants,respectively.Then,ISQ were measured with resonance frequency analyzer when implanted and 3 months after implanted.Results The initial values of ISQ of the Dentium group were higher than that in the Bicon group(P<0.05).After 3 months of implantation,there was no significant difference in the ISQ values between the two groups(P>0.05).The ISQ values in the Bicon group after 3 months of implantation were higher than the initial values but not in the Dentium group(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no obvious correlation between primary stability and stability after osseointegration.
