神经导航在颅内肿瘤显微手术中的应用效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨神经导航辅助显微外科手术切除颅内肿瘤的效果。方法采用Excelim-04神经导航系统、显微镜下切除35例颅内病变,分析神经导航的定位准确性及与疗效。结果35例颅内病变,神经导航术前定位病灶的准确率达100%,肿瘤全切除30例(85.7%),患者症状明显改善29例(82.9%)、术后发生不同程度的功能障碍6例(17.1%),无死亡病例。应用Excelim-04的注册准确性为(1.92±0.54)mm,持续准确性为(0.54±0.32)mm。结论使用Excelim-04导航系统,在术前能设计详细的颅内病变手术计划,术中可动态地追踪瘤体,定位准确,有利于颅内肿瘤的全切除并降低手术并发症。 Objective To investigate the effect of neuronavigator-guided micro-surgery for the removal of intracranial tumors.Methods A total of 35 patients with intracranial tumors underwent micro-surgery treatment with the Excelim-04 neuronavigator for estimation of the extent of the tumors.The treatment effects were summarized and the neuronavigational accuracy was discussed.Results Of the 35 patients with intracranial tumors,the accuracy of neuronavigator preoperative lesion localization reached 100%.Total removal of the tumor achieved 85.7%(30/35).The neurological functions were improved obviously in 29 cases(82.9%).Postoperative dysfunction with varying degrees occurred in 6 cases(17.1%).No death was recorded.The registration accuracy of excelim-04 was(1.92±0.54)mm,and the sustained accuracy was(0.54±0.32)mm.Conclusion Excelim-04 neuronavigation system could be used to design a detailed operation plan for intracranial lesions before the operation,and assist a microsurgery dynamic tracking and an accurately locating tumor during the operation.Thus,it favors the intracranial tumor resection and reduces the complications.
