摘要
对“先堆载预压后桩处理”及“先桩后堆载固结处理”两者工艺条件下的软土地基效果差异进行研究,利用水泥搅拌桩联合堆载预压排水不同方式处理并通过土层静力触探结果可得,经过处理后软基承载力都得到相应的提高,并且先堆后桩的施工工艺对软土地基浅层土体作用效果较明显,先桩后堆的施工工艺对深层土体作用效果较明显;先堆后桩的施工工期较长,对于软土地基承载力要求相对较低的工程中,可以优先考虑采用先桩后堆的施工工艺,以降低工程成本。
The experimental study studies the difference of soft soil foundation effect under the conditions of“pile preloading first and then pile consolidation”and“pile preloading first and then pile consolidation”.It uses cement mixing pile combined with pile preloading drainage in different ways and obtains the results of static penetration of soil layer.After treatment,the bearing capacity of soft soil foundation is improved correspondingly,and the construction technology of pile before pile treatment has an effect on shallow soil,and the construction technology of pile before pile has obvious effect on deep soil;the construction period of pile before pile is long,and the construction technology of pile before pile can be preferred to reduce the project cost in the project with relatively low bearing capacity requirements for soft soil foundation.
