摘要
高层建筑结构设计较多使用框架-剪力墙的结构形式,剪力墙为框架梁的另一个支座,装配式墙梁节点是地震作用下的薄弱环节,主要破坏形式是节点区域混凝土压碎和钢筋屈服。选取一个典型墙梁节点,对现浇结构和预制结构进行有限元建模计算,结果表明,现浇结构与装配式结构受力性能接近,其中现浇结构层间刚度及承载能力略大于预制结构,小中震下两组结构均不发生破坏,大震下现浇构件不会破坏,预制结构剪力墙底部及梁墙交接处屈服后出现损伤。
In the structural design of high-rise buildings,the frame-shear wall structure is often used.The shear wall is another support of the frame beam,and the fabricated wall beam joint is a weakness under the earthquake,and the main failure form is concrete crushing and steel yielding at the joint’s area.This article selects a typical wall-beam structure of cast-in-place and precast structure,and carry out the finite element modeling calculation,the results show that the cast-in-place structure and modular structure stress performance close to the cast-inplace structure stiffness and bearing capacity between the layers is slightly larger than precast structure,two groups in the small earthquakes are not destroyed,and relativity of cast-in-place component does not destroy,precast structure at the bottom of the shear wall and beam wall junction yield after injury.
