摘要
鉴于餐饮油烟中的VOCs具有风量大、浓度低、间断排放的特性,目前尚没有经济、高效的治理方法,探索以蜂窝活性炭负载MnOx制备蜂窝载体催化剂,并考察其吸附缓冲及催化降解模拟油烟中VOCs特征污染物乙醇的能力。对不同条件下制备的催化剂进行比表面积的测定和电镜扫描,以醋酸锰为原料制备的蜂窝载体催化剂吸附性能明显下降;而以高锰酸钾为原料制备的催化剂表面均匀地负载了一层红棕色的MnOx,且催化剂的负载对蜂窝活性炭的吸附性能几乎没有影响。研究表明以高锰酸钾为原料制备的催化剂当负载量为2%时(以锰元素计),具有最好的吸附性能,且表面MnOx分布最为均匀,在连续性试验中也表现出持续高效的乙醇去除率。
VOCs in cooking fume have the characteristics of large air flow,low concentration and intermittent emission.At present,there is no economic and efficient method for their treatment.Honeycomb activated carbon(HAC)supported on MnOx was used to prepare honeycomb-supported catalysts,and its ability of adsorption buffer and catalytic degradation of ethanol,a characteristic pollutant of VOCs in simulated fume was investigated.The specific surface area and scanning electron microscopy of the catalysts prepared under different conditions show that the adsorption performance of the honeycomb support catalyst prepared with manganese acetate as raw material is significantly reduced,while the catalyst prepared with potassium permanganate as raw material is uniformly loaded with a layer of red-brown MnOx,and the loading of the catalyst has little effect on the adsorption performance of the honeycomb activated carbon.The catalyst prepared with potassium permanganate as raw material has the best adsorption performance when the loading is 2%,and the distribution of MnOx on the surface is the most uniform.It also shows the most sustained and efficient ethanol removal rate in the continuity test.
