摘要
井控风险将伴随渤海湾油气田的开发而长期存在,现有应急救援船功能侧重于溢油回收、船舶消防和人员搜救等外围救援。针对油气田发生的井控事故,为了能够从技术上追根溯源进行险情处置,通过对比国内外海洋油气应急救援船的发展现状,结合渤海湾的区域属性和井喷抢险通用做法,分析了浅水应急救援船在自航能力、动力定位、消防、吊装、压井舱容等方面的功能需求,进而提出了配置参数。
Well control risks will exist for a long time with the development of Bohai Bay oil and gas field.The existing functions of emergency rescue vessels focus on peripheral rescue such as oil spill recovery,ship firefighting and personnel search and rescue.In view of well control accidents occurred in oil and gas fields,in order to deal with dangerous situations from the technical point of view,by comparing the development status of offshore oil and gas emergency response rescue vessels at home and abroad,combining with the regional properties of Bohai Bay and the general practice of blowout rescue,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of shallow water emergency response rescue vessels in terms of selfpropelled capacity,dynamic positioning,firefighting,lifting and available tank volume during kill operation,and proposes configuration parameters.
