摘要
针对我国某海洋石油平台在复产方案中新增空气压缩机和增压机的设备振动问题,应用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了该平台上部组块的分析模型,分别对石油平台在修井和防窜2种作业条件下,空气压缩机和增压机不同运行组合工况下的平台组块结构动力特性和振动响应进行分析。分析结果表明:空气压缩机与增压机的激振频率均远离平台自振频率,不会引发共振;平台组块结构在不同工况下的振动速度和振动加速度均满足规范要求,设备运行状态良好。
Aiming at the vibration problem of the newly added air compressor and turbocharger in the production recovery scheme of an offshore platform in China,the ANSYS finite element software is used to establish the analysis model of the upper block of the platform.The dynamic characteristics and vibration response of platform block structure under different operation combinations of air compressor and supercharger and under the two conditions of workover and anti-channeling are analyzed respectively.The results show that excitation vibration frequencies of air compressor and turbocharger are far away from the natural vibration frequency of the platform,which will not cause resonance.The vibration velocity and acceleration of the platform block structure under different working conditions all meet the requirements of the code,and the equipment is in good running condition.
