摘要
海上平台电脱装置生产运行过程中,生产人员需实时关注电脱进料泵的频率、电流等运行参数,并根据生产运行情况对泵电机频率进行及时调整,以保证生产流程的稳定运行。目前海上平台中控室人员只能通过现场操作人员反馈电脱进料泵电机运行的各项参数,这种人工反馈方式延缓了调整处理时间,不利于生产流程稳定及设备正常运行。针对该问题实施改造,通过电脱泵变频器的二次显示仪表及安装电流变送器对各项参数进行远传,改造后电脱进料泵的各项参数均能远传至中控,便于中控操作人员快速直观地关注泵的各项运行数据,及时完成相关参数的调整,保证了平台生产流程的稳定运行。
During the production and operation of the electric feed pump of a platform,the production personnel need to pay attention to the operating parameters such as the frequency and current of the electric feed pump in real time,and adjust the pump motor frequency timely according to the production operation to ensure the stable operation of the production process.At present,the personnel in the central control room of the platform can only feedback the operation parameters of the electric feed pump motor through the on-site operators.This manual feedback mode will delay the processing time,which is not conducive to the stable production process and the normal operation of the equipment.In view of this problem,the secondary display instrument of the electric pump frequency converter and the current transmitter are used to transmit the parameters remotely.After the transformation,all the parameters of the electric feed pump can be remotely transmitted to the central control system,so that the central control operators can quickly and intuitively pay attention to the operation data of the pump,and timely complete the adjustment of the relevant parameters timely,and ensure the stable operation of the platform production process.
