水陆交错带芦苇根系表型与解剖结构的差异 被引量:1

摘要 选取水陆交错带不同生境芦苇根系为研究对象,通过对其表型及解剖结构的观测以探讨其差异性规律。结果表明:水生与陆生环境下芦苇根系平均直径存在显著差异;与陆生环境相比,水生环境下芦苇根系根毛较多,侧根细长,导管数量在4~6个之间,具有较厚且排列紧密的表皮细胞,其皮层溶解度明显增大,形成较为发达的通气组织;不同生境中芦苇根系表型与解剖结构指标存在一定相关性,说明环境条件对芦苇根系形态具有较大影响。 The roots of Phragmites australis in different habitats in the Land-water ecotones zone were selected as the research objects,and their morphological and anatomical structures were observed to explore the difference law.Result shows that there is a significant difference in average root diameter between aquatic&terrestrial environments.Compared with the terrestrial environment,Phragmites australis in the aquatic environment have more root hairs,slender lateral roots,thick and closely arranged epidermal cells in the root system,significantly increase cortical solubility and form a relatively developed aerenchyma with a number of 4-6 ducts.There is a certain correlation between the phenotypes of roots of Phragmites australis and anatomical indexes in different habitats,indicating that environmental conditions have great influences on the root morphology of phragmites australis.
