Research on the Influencing Factors of Virtual Community Academic Co-operation in the Initial Stage

虚拟学术社区科研合作的建立阶段直接影响到合作的形成与成效,对虚拟学术社区科研合作建立阶段影响因素进行研究至关重要。文章基于相关理论,归纳出虚拟学术社区科研合作建立阶段的影响因素列表;提取及整理丁香园新站友成长版的用户数据,利用质性分析软件NVivo11对其进行开放性、主轴和选择性编码,识别出虚拟学术社区科研合作建立阶段的影响因素。识别出包括3个主范畴、14个副范畴在内的虚拟学术社区科研合作建立阶段的影响因素,分别为个人因素、人际因素和社区因素。研究发现,不同类型的用户建立合作时受到不同因素的影响,且影响程度不同。

With the coming of the information age,co-operation in the virtual academic community has become increasingly popular.The initial stage might affect greatly the process and result of virtual community academic cooperation.As a result,it is of vital importance to study the influencing factors of virtual community academic cooperation in the initial stage.By means of some relevant theories,a set of influencing factors of virtual community academic co-operation in the initial stage are summarized.Then,the user data of the updated DXY BBS,a virtual community for scientific researchers,are extracted and compiled,and the qualitative analysis software NVivo11 is used to analyze the data,so as to identify the influencing factors of virtual community academic co-operation in the initial stage.It is found out that such influencing factors fall into three major categories,i.e.,individual factors,interpersonal factors and community factors,and they could be further divided into fourteen minor categories.Besides,in the initial stage of academic co-operation,different types of researchers are affected by different types of factors,and the degree of their being influenced differs.
