党的十九大报告对实施乡村振兴战略作出重要指示:要健全农业社会化服务体系,实现小农户和现代农业发展的有机衔接。安徽省合肥市长丰县根据农户需求,大力支持家庭农场、专业合作社、股份合作社、行业协会等农业社会化服务组织,因地制宜发展特色产业,提升农户能力,补齐短板克服发展局限,创建多种形式利益链条,使小农户向组织化经营的方向良性发展。
