大学生就业意向与学校就业服务调查——以华北水利水电大学为例

An Investigation on College Students’ Employment Intention and Employment Service in the University——A Case Study of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power

通过对华北水利水电大学学生的就业创业意愿、就业创业期望及学校就业创业服务指导的效果等调查表明,该校毕业生继续深造的愿望强烈,就业期望值较高,就业区域较为集中,学校就业服务质量较高,但就业指导工作有待加强。针对存在问题提出了相应的对策与建议。

According to the survey of students’employment and entrepreneurship intention,employment and entrepreneurship expectation and the effect of employment and entrepreneurship service guidance of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power,the graduates have a strong desire for further education,high employment expectation,concentrated employment area and high quality of employment service,but the employment guidance work needs to be strengthened.In view of the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
