高校创新创业人才培养研究——以中北大学“新动力梦工厂”学生创新实验室为例

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative and Pioneering Talents in Colleges and Universities ——Taking the “New Power Dream Works” Student Innovation Lab of North University of China as an Example

当前社会发展需要大量创新创业人才,培养创新创业人才是高校的任务之一。创新实验室是高校创新创业人才培养体系的重要组成部分。分析了创新实验室对培养学生创新创业意识和能力的作用,提出了现阶段存在的不足,并提出了若干改进建议。

The social development requires a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and it decides that educating innovative and entrepreneurial students is one of the main tasks of universities. The innovation laboratory is an important part of the system of training innovative and entrepreneurial students in universities. This paper analyzes the role of innovation laboratories in educating students’ awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, and points out the shortcomings still existing at this stage, and gives some suggestions for improvement.
