城市食品冷链物流B2B/B2C融合共配流程再造研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着电子商务的进一步发展,生鲜电商发展迅猛,城市食品冷链物流迎来高速发展。冷链物流B2C配送业务具有种类多、时效性强、客户分散、单位数量少等特点,导致单位配送成本居高不下,严重影响了冷链配送的效率。文章在对国内外研究成果进行总结概括后,分别对冷链物流、共同配送、流程再造三部分进行分析。运用Petri网对B2B/B2C融合共配前后进行建模,采用关联矩阵分析法验证再造前后模型的准确性。借助Arena软件对配送过程进行仿真,通过对比分析再造前后的总时间、成本、效率、车辆满载率等仿真数据的变化,模拟实际配送情况,验证文章中流程再造的科学性。 With the further development of e-commerce,fresh food e-commerce develops rapidly,and urban food cold chain logistics ushers in high-speed development.The cold chain logistics B2C distribution business has the characteristics of many kinds,strong timeliness,scattered customers and small number of units,which leads to the high cost of unit distribution and seriously affects the efficiency of cold chain distribution.After summarizing the research results at home and abroad,this paper analyses three parts of cold chain logistics,joint distribution and process reengineering respectively.Then Petri net is used to model before and after B2B/B2C fusion and co-matching,and correlation matrix analysis is used to verify the accuracy of the model before and after reconstruction.Distribution process is simulated with Arena software.By comparing and analyzing the changes of simulation data such as total time,cost,efficiency and vehicle full load rate before and after reengineering,the actual distribution situation is simulated to verify the veracity of process reengineering.
