摘要
本文在对近几年珠海市软件和信息服务业产业发展和人力资源资料进行分析的基础上,以产业增长率、产业发展环境优劣、岗位需求数量、技术技能人才比例、技术技能人才收入等数据作为人才需求数量预测依据,运用灰色数学模型GM(1,N),建立了技术技能型人才需求预测模型。通过MATLAB程序的运算和检验,证实本模型能很好地匹配产业人才需求真实数据,可用于软件和信息服务业技术技能型人才预测,对促进信息产业的发展有一定的指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the development of software and information service industry and the data of human resources in Zhuhai in recent years,this paper takes the data of industrial growth rate,industrial development environment,the number of post demand,the proportion of technical and skilled talents,and the income of technical and skilled talents as the basis for the prediction of the number of talents demand,and uses the grey mathematical model GM(1,N)to establish the technical and skilled talents demand forecast model.Through the calculation and test of MATLAB program,it is proved that this model can match the real data of industrial talent demand well,and can be used for the prediction of technical and skilled talents in software and information service industry,which has certain guiding significance for promoting the development of information industry.
