再生水除磷工艺中聚合氯化铝投放的控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 对某再生水厂再生水处理工艺除磷过程中化学药剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)的投放量进行了优化计算与控制。通过对两年再生水相关指标的统计分析,采用最小二乘法拟合出了PAC投放体积与进、出水总磷和水处理量之间的关系方程。稳定运行一年的结果表明按照拟合方程精准投放药剂后,出水的总磷符合标准要求,而且波动范围明显减小。本文所建立的方程为再生水厂的一线操作提供了参考,在不影响再生水处理效率的基础上节约了经济成本。 The dephosphorization(phosphorus removal)process in a reclaimed water plant has been optimized.The correlation equation between polyaluminum chloride(PAC)addition,inflow and outflow phosphorus concentrations,and water flow was established through linear fitting analysis of the monitoring data from 2015—2016.After validating the results in 2017,it was found that the phosphorus concentrations in the outflow water met the water quality requirements.Our correlation equation not only provides a basis for the efficient operation of the reclaimed water plant,which reduces economic costs without affecting the efficiency of reclaimed water treatment,but also has important practical significance.
