为适应新时代、新常态、新产业背景下对人才的实际需求,改变民办高校传统土木工程专业轻实践,创新意识不强等现状,该文通过建设“享受教育型”教学团队,创新新工科背景下“A+B”人才培养模式,建立贯穿“三课堂”的创新创业课程体系,坚持“以本为本”的理论教学模式和“渐进式”实践教学模式,建立“融合型”实验实践基地等一系列措施,使人才培养的质量逐年上升,收到了良好的效果.
