摘要
高校内部治理创新需跳出单一的建构逻辑。文章通过辨析嵌入性与自主性,揭示阶段任务下的重建与解构、治理变革中的同质性或异质性、权力关注中的静态形式与动态运行、有效治理中的清晰与模糊等复杂性面向,探讨了治理创新背后的现实逻辑。在此基础上,尝试从方法取向、路径选择、研究单元、适用面向等提出变革思路。
University governance innovation needs to get out of the unitary construction logic,By discriminating embeddedness and autonomy,this essay uncovered the complexity concerning issues like reestablishment and destruction under phased missions,homogeneity or heterogeneity of governance reform,static form and dynamic operation of power concerns,clearness and ambiguity of effective governance,The essay also discussed the realistic logic of university governance innovation.On this basis,we put forward some thoughts of reforming on methodological orientation,path choice,study unit and applicability.
