基于“三体双通道”模式的高校学生事务管理工作探索

Exploration of College Student Affairs Management Based on the “Three-body and Dual-channel” Model

新时代背景下高校学生事务管理工作面临激发方式、教育范围和需求层次的新要求。文章以“三全育人”思想为架构基础,借鉴国外高校的工作优点,以主体、客体和载体为“三体”核心节点,以高校内外通道和课堂内外通道为“双通道”运行路径,构建“三体双通道”高校学生事务管理工作模式,并以包括党团建设、奖励资助、学业成长、就业指导在内的学生事务管理工作重点内容作为运行场景,阐述“三体双通道”工作模式的实际运行机理,验证该模式的合理性和适用性。

The management of college student affairs in the new era is faced with new requirements in stimulation methods,education scope and level of demand.Based on the idea of"three-comprehensive education",this article draws on the advantages of foreign universities'work.By taking the subject,object,and carrier as the core nodes of the"three bodies"and the internal and external channels of the university and the classroom as"dual channels",a"three-body and dual-channel"model of college student affairs management is established.Besides,in order to explain the actuality of the work model,the key content of student affairs management including Party building,incentive funding,academic growth,and employment guidance is applied as operating scenarios.With the deployment of the operation mechanism,the rationality and applicability of the"three-body and dual-channel model"can be verified.
