蛇房垫料中孳生螨类的群落生态研究

Investigation on the community ecology of mites in the mat materials in snake house

目的了解芜湖市郊区某蛇场蛇房垫料螨类的污染情况以控制蛇场螨害。方法采集蛇房垫料,分离其中的螨类,将其制作成标本进行鉴定与分类。结果共检出螨类499只,隶属7科11属13种,即腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)、伯氏嗜木螨(Caloglyphus berlesei)、纳氏皱皮螨(Suidasia nesbitti)、害嗜鳞螨(Lepidoglyphus destructor)、河野脂螨(Lardoglyphus konoi)、粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae)、屋尘螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)、格氏血厉螨(Haemolaelaps glasgowi)、酪阳厉螨(Androlaelaps casalis)、鼠下盾螨(Hypoaspis lubrica)、老羽克螨(Kleemannia plumigera)、羽克螨(Kleemannia plumosus)及一种丽甲螨(Liacarus sp.)。结论芜湖市郊区某蛇场蛇房螨类污染严重,应该予以重视。

Objective To understand the pollution statues of mites in the mat materials in snake house in Wuhu area. Methods Padding materials were collected from the snake house, and from which the mites were isolated. Mite specimen was prepared, identified and classified. Results Atotal of 499 mites were detected, belonging to 13 species under 11 genera of 7 families. These mites were Tyrophagus putrescentiae, Caloglyphus berlesei, Suidasia nesbitti, Lepidoglyphus destructor, Lardoglyphus.konoi, Dermatophagoides.farinae, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Haemolaelaps glasgowi, Androlaelaps casalis, Hypoaspis lubrica, Kleemannia plumigera, Kleemannia plumosus and Liacarus sp.Conclusion Serious pollution of mites occurs in the mat materials in snake house in Wuhu area. This condition requires much attention in snake breeding industry.
