基层党组织的党员目视化管理

On Visual Management of Party Members in Grassroots Party Organizations

当前基层党组织党员管理存在的不足主要表现为管理的公开度与透明度不足,管理的规范化与制度化不强,管理方式欠合理。目视化管理具有公开透明、形象直观、一目了然等特点,能让管理变得公开透明和容易执行,也能让潜在问题暴露出来。将目视化管理应用于基层党组织党员管理,优化目视化管理内容设置,创新目视化管理载体,落实保障措施,应用结果表明,能实现基层党组织党员管理的公开与透明,推动基层党组织党员管理的规范化与制度化,更好地发挥基层党组织的主体作用,增强基层党组织党员的表率作用和服务意识,提升群众满意度。

Presently,the insufficient management of party members in the grassroots party organizations mainly lies in partial transparency,poor institutionalization,lack of standardization, and inappropriate ways adopted.Visual management,which is characterized by transparency,simplicity and clarity,makes the management more open and easier and helps to expose underlying problems. Therefore,it was proposed that visual management be applied to the management of party members in grassroots party organizations by optimizing its contents,create new management carriers,and adopting workable supporting measures. The results of the application showed that the transparency of the management was achieved,the standardized and institutionalized management was carried forward,the dominant role of grassroots party organization was given full play to,the party members’ exemplary roles and their sense of serving the people were strengthened,and the people’s satisfaction was enhanced.
