高等职业教育校企合作存在的问题与对策

On Solutions to the Problems in School-enterprise Cooperation of Higher Vocational Education

深化校企合作是推动高等职业教育改革的重要战略选择,也是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要途径。目前高职教育校企合作存在政府政策支持不够,校企双方合作意识不强,合作动力机制不足等问题。政府加强顶层设计,完善保障机制,校企双方增强合作的主动性积极性,开展全面深度合作,可以进一步加强高职教育校企合作。

School-enterprise cooperation is not only an important strategy to promote the reform of higher vocational education,but also a major approach to training high-caliber skilled talents. The problems existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education include inadequate support of governments and policies,poor sense of cooperation from both parties,lack of effective motivating mechanism,etc. In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes that governments lay more emphasis on top-level designing,the supporting mechanism be improved,the initiative and motivation of both parties be enhanced,and all-around and in-depth cooperation be promoted.
