On the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Nantong Shipping College

高职院校创新创业教育体系建设的要素中课程是核心,师资是关键,实践是根本,市场是导向。南通航运职业技术学院在创新创业教育过程中,重视基础设施、课程体系、师资队伍、卓越团队、创新创业园等方面的建设,取得了一定的成效,"塔式"课程体系、"金牌"师资团队、"卓越"大学生团队及优质实践教育中心等方面的建设对高职院校创新创业教育体系的建设具有借鉴意义。

Among all the factors in constructing education system of innovation and entrepreneurship,curriculum is the kernel,teaching staff are the key,practice is the root,and the market is the guide. Nantong Shipping College laid great emphasis on the construction of infrastructure,curriculum system,teaching staff,excellent teams and hi-tech innovation center. Room for improvement as there is,certain achievements made in the process of its innovation and entrepreneurship education include tower-shaped curriculum system,prestige faculty teams,excellent college student teams and quality practice center,which can be used for reference by other higher vocational colleges in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system.
