摘要 目的探讨CT影像辅助自动乳腺全容积扫查(ABVS)对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院收治的86例乳腺肿瘤患者的临床资料,患者均行CT检查与ABVS检查。以病理检查结果为"金标准",比较不同检查方法诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤结果与病理结果的一致性,并分析不同检查方法诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的效能。结果 86例乳腺肿瘤患者中,经病理检查结果显示,52例恶性肿瘤,34例良性肿瘤。CT检查、ABVS检查、CT影像辅助ABVS诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的Kappa值分别为0. 611、0. 731、0. 829。CT影像辅助ABVS诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于单一CT检查、ABVS检查(P<0.05)。结论 CT影像辅助ABVS检查在乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断中有明确的应用优势,可有效提高诊断效能。 Objective To investigate the value of CT assisted automated breast volume scanning(ABVS) in the diagnosis of breast malignant tumor. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with breast tumors admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent CT examination and ABVS examination. According to the "gold standard" of pathological examination results, the consistency between the results of different examination methods in diagnosing breast cancer and pathological results were compared, and the effectiveness of different examination methods in diagnosing breast cancer were analyzed. Results Of the 86 patients with breast tumor, the results of pathological examination showed that 52 cases were malignant and 34 cases were benign. Kappa values of CT, ABVS and CT assisted ABVS in the diagnosis of breast tumor were 0.611, 0.731 and 0.829, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CT assisted ABVS in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of single CT and ABVS examination(P <0.05). Conclusion CT imaging assisted ABVS detection has definite application advantages in the diagnosis of breast tumor, which can effectively improve the effectiveness of diagnosis.
