运动平板试验与动态心电图在围绝经期女性冠心病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of treadmill exercise test and dynamic electrcardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in perimenopausal women

目的探讨运动平板试验(TET)与动态心电图(DCG)在围绝经期女性冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取就诊于我院心血管内科的围绝经期女性疑似冠心病患者100例,分别行TET和DCG检查,以冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果为冠心病诊断的金标准,比较分析TET和DCG检查的诊断价值。结果 TET对围绝经期女性冠心病患者诊断的假阳性率低于DCG(P<0.05)。TET对冠状动脉多支病变的诊断符合率高于DCG(P<0.05)。结论 TET对围绝经期女性冠心病的诊断价值高,尤其对存在冠状动脉多支病变的围绝经期女性。

Objective To explore the application value of treadmill exercise test(TET) and dynamic electrcardiogram(DCG) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in perimenopausal women. Methods A total of 100 perimenopausal women with suspected coronary heart disease admitted in the cardiovascular medicine department of our hospital were selected,and the patients were examined by TET and DCG respectively. Coronary angiography(CAG) results were taken as the gold standard for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and the diagnostic value of TET and DCG were compared and analyzed. Results The false-positive rate of TET in the diagnosis of perimenopausal women with coronary heart disease was lower than that of DCG(P <0.05). The diagnostic coincidence rate of TET in multi-branch coronary artery lesions was higher than that of DCG(P<0.05). Conculsion TET has high diagnostic value for coronary heart disease in perimenopausal women, especially for perimenopausal women with multi-branch coronary artery lesions.
